SPECIFICATIONS:

Closers shall be Dorex 1700 series. Closers shall be multi-size with spring power adjustment from sizes 2 to 5. Closers shall be surface mounted, hydraulic rack and pinion type with cast aluminum alloy body and project no more than 3” (76 mm), including the cover, from the mounting surface. Closers shall have two separate valves to control sweep and latch speeds. Closers shall have an independent valve to control the adjustable cushioning backcheck. Brackets shall be supplied to permit regular, top jamb or parallel arm installation. Closers shall be supplied with slim cover and all necessary mounting fasteners. Closers shall be cUL listed. Adjustable power shoe shall allow ±7.5% power adjustment. OPTIONAL: All closers shall be barrier free ”BF,” multi-size with spring power adjustment from sizes 1 to 4.
