SPECIFICATIONS:

Closers shall be Dorex 1900 series. Closers shall be multi-size with spring power adjustment from sizes 2 to 6. Closers shall be surface mounted, hydraulic rack and pinion type with cast aluminum alloy body and project no more than 3” (76 mm), from the mounting surface (including the cover). Closers shall have separate valves to control sweep and latch speeds. Closers shall have an independent valve to control the adjustable-cushioning backcheck. Brackets shall be supplied to permit regular, top jamb or parallel arm installation. Closers shall be supplied with a full body cover and all necessary mounting fasteners. Closers shall be cULus listed and conform to ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1. Adjustable power shoe shall allow ±7.5% power adjustment. OPTIONAL: All closers shall be barrier free ”BF”, multisized with spring power adjustment from sizes 1 to 4 and shall have an independent valve to control the delayed action. Optional arm models: heavy duty cushion stop arm (hold open or no hold open), standard arm with adjustable hold open.
