Very solid cabinet. I have paid a lot more for ones with thinner steel. I purchased the keyed version. It has some heft to it and doubt you will find one of this quality at twice the price.

Works great. Came with the key tags shown in the picture as well.

If you are like us and have quite a few keys (two cars, motorcycle, ATV, spare vehicle keys, several sets of house keys) then this 60 key cabinet will likely work better than the 30 key version. We tried both, and the '30 key' version is for thirty single keys - only. When you add multiple key key rings, or typically-sized key tags then the number that fits comfortably drops rapidly. So if you have spare house keys, several vehicles also with spare keys, garage keys, and still other keys... don't bother with the 30 key cabinet - it is too small to be useful. The 60 key cabinet gives you room to see the keys - and - access them without moving other keys. We have about 30 key rings in our 60 key cabinet and it looks full, but not too full (which would cause difficulty accessing keys).
This is not really a 'safe' in any way. A determined adult will open it from a locked state in under 30 seconds given a screw driver or sturdy rock. But if you want to keep your toddlers out, keep the keys organized, and out of sight - then this will do the trick.
In summary, a single person will likely find the 30 keys cabinet suffices. A family - the 60 key cabinet.

Thieves can knock over banks so recognize that this unit simply serves to delay and frustrate... ideally you should couple this with other home security measures.
Pro:
-Heavy duty... this thing has some heft to it
-Easy to install, 4 screws/hardware included
-Holds a lot of keys, but I think 30 would be a little crowded especially if you put a ring of keys in here (but it's doable to hang 30 keys in here-just note the limitation on size)
-Has a place for key on the back of the door, plus you can set some keys (or other things) inside on the bottom
-Code can be more than 4 digits
-I think this is the same unit featured on the TV show "It Takes a Thief"
-Code was extremely fast and easy to set (and would be fast and easy to change)
Con:
-Color leaves a lot to be desired... a lot darker than pictured too
-Can use each number (0-9) only once in the combo
-It was a little difficult to see the lock codes as they were being set, so be sure to have good light and your glasses
-If you have a lot of junk on your keychain, you'll have problems fitting your keys into this box
Bottom Line: Decent for smash and grab robberies, might as well make it harder. Recommended for use with other home security products such as an alarm, charlie bar, etc.
